Spring is finally here!

What a relief, I thought it was NEVER going to get warm!! Anywho, things are going well for us and we are getting ready for a busy summer. Leo is such a treat and I have really enjoyedd my time with him lately. He's such a vibrant person and I'm so grateful to be his momma, he's teaching me a lot of things.

I spend my freetime studying gardening books in prep for Ellen's Heirlooms big debut at the Minneapolis Farmer's Market. I'm also totally ingrossed in the 7th book of the Harry Potter series. I love them every bit as much as I loved the Tolkein books and I'm so happy I finally deigned to read them! :)

Leo is able speak well enough and has a big enough vocabulary to answer all kinds of questions and tell you exactly what he is thinking. I was amazed and more than a little humbled when he told Eric and I while we were having a discussion in the car that was becoming heated that "Momma and Daddy, stop talking now." Words of wisdom.
He loves to talk about trucks, tractors, and especially helicopters and airplanes. His potty learing is coming along really well and what a load off that is, diapers are great to finally leave behind and I'm really proud of him. We went to the MN Zoo a couple weeks ago so I'll throw in a couple vids from that.



Also, Eric got a very silly birthday card from his uncle Duane & grandpa that plays a KISS song. Leo thinks it's the very coolest thing.


And finally, a very lame video from our trip to Vegas. This was actually our favorite day of the trip. (please excuse me for being a complete nerd)
