Leo keeping cool in the hot weather and having fun.
It's been a good but busy week so far despite some time 'off' in the middle to hang out with Eric's family, in from Seattle on Tuesday morning. Leo has been in heaven with so much cousin-time and I think he has a pretty big crush on Maria-he follows her everywhere when they're together. I would love to post some video of them playing in our yard in the sprinkler and wading pool, but Leo took off all his clothes so all of them are not really for a public space like this one. Perhaps I'll find a way to edit them sometime for a little blurring for privacy.
Eric will be able to get a lot of of farm-time over the next week with us because he doesn't start another job for a week or so. More sad financial news for us, but we'll just focus on other chores and do our best to use the time. My friend Lane might come down there with us tomorrow to help out and I look forward to her seeing our market garden this year. After the work this week and the projected work over the weekend and next week, I think we will be pretty much caught up and ready to go to the market shortly after that.
I injured a tendon in my ankle so can't run for a week or so. It's frustrating but hopefully it will heal fast and not hamper my training. That's about it for now.
